Things to remember when giving offerings to this saint/orisha:
1. Never use water when cleaning him -- honey for his eyes, and with a cotton unsalted wine;
2. candles can be white, yellow, purple;
3. light up a cigar
4. expresso coffee
5. bread
6. flowers
7. money
Pray for his compassion and love have complete faith.
PRAYER
Oh blessed and Glorious St. Lazarus of Betony, protector and supporter of Martha and Maria. I call on you, oh, beloved and always vivid spirit of grace with the same faith that Jesus called to you at the door of your tomb, from which you exied after being buried for four consecutive days, without any sign of impurity or imperfection. Oh, holy spirit I call upon you with the same faith that God had in you to consider and grant what I ask for in this prayer.
